If you were interested in going the partner route he/she would most likely take on the business side of Ecstasy while Oz deals more with the people. They would split the profits equally and I imagine would be pretty good friends since they did decide to be partners. Whether your character helped Oz kill the previous owner is up to you. Oz is pretty irresponsible, so I would think his partner would be fairly responsible and logical to counteract him. I could see them getting annoyed with Oz often as well, playful bantering and such. This character has to be from Punish and has to have been dead and working with Oz in the underworld for at least a few years. I would prefer a boy for this take on it, but a girl would be ok as well! Here are a few fcs i've come across I've liked, but you can always pick your own if you wish;

If you were more interested in a character who would be Oz’s assistant I would be more than happy to do that as well! I was thinking they would have a sort of Tony Stark/Pepper Pots relationship, except without the romance. She/He could like Oz, but Oz would only teasingly flirt, never anything serious. He/She would have to put up with Oz and clean up after his messes as well as help run Ecstasy; so bonus fun! I imagine he/she would be sarcastic and short tempered with Oz, but most of the time in a joking or tired sort of way. Of course they would have to be a member of Punish District and I would prefer a girl if you take this approach, but a guy would work as well if you have your heart set on a male. Fcs I’ve been eyeing, but by no means are the only options, are;
