She counts the amount of steps it takes to walk around the Heart District, counts the number of seconds she brushes each tooth, counts the units of time it takes to tie her shoes. That's just how she rolls. Usually, though, she doesn't count out loud, although she'll occasionally make exceptions. She's also rather obsessed about statistics and percentages, and she's always making her own calculations based on probability and chance and luck and whether it'll rain or not tomorrow. Unfortunately, she's the type of person who doesn't trust easily. That means that she's far more likely to second-guess and over-analyze what you say as opposed to simply taking it at face value. Nyx just doesn't do closeness. She has issues with niceties and thinks that people who are sincere are just being frivolous. She hates extravagance and all things ostentatious. She also dislikes rhetorical statements, as she believes that they're simply more excuses for people to be dishonest. She works as a bank teller in the Asphodel District. | ||
