Osmond, better known as Oz, was not what one would call a model citizen before his none-too-surprising death. He was second in command of a rather large gang in New York City, focusing in human trafficking and drugs. While he was high up in the gang he had a more hands on approach to his work, often getting into fights and "testing the material" the gang sold. His street smarts and knowledge of how the black market world works is extensive, though he is a laid back and free-spirited man. He is not the type who is trying to get ahead, he just wants to do drugs, drink, and have a good time. Although I would consider it very unwise to get on his bad side.

It was not too surprising that he died young (shot in the back by a rival gang member), and the Punish District is almost identical to the more dangerous areas Oz spent the majority of his time in. He died in the early 2000's and it took him only ten years to rise up the ranks in Punish. He is the current owner of the dark and exciting night club Ecstasy, winning it in a shrewd business dealer (translation: he killed the last owner). He's been dead for a little over ten years and has thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. He is an influential and powerful member of the underworld, hosting and providing for most of the drug lords and gangs in Punish. He seems to know everyone and is generally liked, unless you happen to be someone with morals.
